The Challenge

We have worked with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines since 2018 supporting and delivering on content. One project involved bringing their purpose to life, launching a new brand identity and showcasing core principles that would set them apart and reflect their strengths and differentiators as a cruise ship operator. 

As the full impact of Covid became clear, and against the challenges of this sector – we worked closely with the team to keep communications to guests and trade open, positive and hopeful for the future, continuing to develop the brand, its values and messaging and celebrating returning to the water.

Our Approach

Across the years, we  have created major brand films, developed both internal and external content, produced fast turnaround internal events, and created a range of social and paid for media to support the marketing team, ensuring we deliver every time on their needs, prioritising guests and team, and supporting the sales pipeline during both uncertain and better times. All with a focus on their core principles.
